This page is dedicated to the QChromosomeVisualisation Studio, a software we developed for the purpose of visualising long trajectories of chromatin models. The software was developed mainly by Bartłomiej Zawalski together with Irina Tuszyńska and Bartek Wilczyński. It is based on an earlier prototype with contributions also by Bartosz Michalak, Maciej Baranowski, Piotr Dulikowski and Paweł Bednarz. You can find the source code to the software on our github repository There is also documentation in the form of:
- application reference manual in pdf format and as html pages
- a tutorial for beginners in pdf format, together with a number of sample files in this directory
